The 2026 survey is now live, and we hope you’ll take a few minutes today to complete it.

To access your survey, use the link above and enter your login information from your email. You’ll be prompted to enter your temporary PIN and confirm your birthdate to create a password. Once that’s set, you’ll be taken directly to the survey.

Your responses help us support current and future Scholars and stay connected with you, no matter where life has taken you. And that connection matters to us, because you matter to us.

The survey takes about 15 minutes, your responses are confidential, and you’ll be entered to win one of four $50 gift cards.
